Six-month roadmap and role mapping

Month-by-month deliverables and how this demonstrates the Business & Performance Business Partner role at Band 8a.

What I hope to achieve

By month six: agreed definitions register, source-to-report map, reporting assurance pack, demand/capacity insight with analysis, senior brief template, and ideas portfolio — with ownership transferred via the deliverables register.

My approach to succeed

Listen first, then define, control migration reporting, prototype outputs, validate and embed, hand over and sustain — guided by Fanatic Discipline, Test and Scale and Productive Paranoia, working across operational services, BI, IM&T, finance, workforce and senior leadership as a bridge, not a solo technical fixer.

The value I bring is the bridge between operational reality, performance definitions, BI implementation, mandatory reporting, senior assurance and improvement action — not personally solving every technical migration issue alone.
